1. Service Terms & Pricing

• Base Rates: Our standard cleaning service starts at $139.99

• Estimates: Final pricing is determined on-site based on the length of the ductwork, accessibility, and the level of debris.

• Repairs: Quoted cleaning prices do not include the cost of replacement parts (e.g., transition hoses, exterior vent covers, or bird guards). Any necessary repairs will be discussed and quoted separately before work begins.

2. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

• Arrival Window: We strive for punctuality; however, please allow a 30-minute arrival window due to traffic or previous job complexities.

• Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the slot to another customer on the Outer Banks.

• Access: An adult (18+) must be present or have provided clear entry instructions for the technician to perform the internal airflow test and connection check.

3. Safety & Liability

• Licensing: OBX Dryer Vent Cleaners, LLC is fully licensed and insured.

• Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing

• Service Guarantee: We guarantee an improvement in airflow and lint removal. If you experience issues within 30 days of service related to the cleaning performed, we will return to inspect the system at no additional charge.
