1. Scheduling & Appointments

• Flexible Booking: Appointments are scheduled in advance with flexible time slots to accommodate our customers' busy schedules.

• Arrival Windows: While we strive for punctuality, please allow for a brief arrival window to account for travel between locations throughout the OBX region.

2. Payment Terms

• Net 30 Policy: To provide maximum flexibility for our residential and property management clients, payment is due within 30 days of service completion.

• Accepted Methods: We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash.

• Late Payments: Payments not received within the 30-day window may be subject to late fees or interest as permitted by North Carolina law.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• 24-Hour Notice: We value your time and our technicians' schedules. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

• Late Cancellations: Failure to provide 24 hours' notice may result in a nominal service fee to cover travel and scheduling costs.

4. Service Guarantee & Satisfaction

• Our Promise: Service satisfaction is guaranteed. We take pride in improving your home’s safety and appliance efficiency.

• Follow-up Visits: If any issues arise related to the cleaning performed, follow-up visits are available within a reasonable period (typically 30 days) after the initial service at no additional charge.

5. Safety, Cleanliness & Liability

• On-Site Protocols: Our technicians strictly adhere to professional safety and cleanliness protocols while working on-site to ensure your property remains tidy and hazard-free.

• Pre-existing Conditions: OBX Dryer Vent Cleaners, LLC is not responsible for damage to vents that are already structurally compromised, brittle, or installed against building codes prior to our arrival.

• Access: Customers must ensure that the dryer and vent exit points are accessible.
